Facilitated by: Sara D’Alessandro, RECE & Liz Gannon, RECE, Resource Centre Specialists
Join us for an inspiring professional learning event dedicated to the creative potential of loose parts art in early childhood education. Loose parts—natural or manufactured materials that can be moved, combined, and transformed—offer endless opportunities for artistic expression, problem-solving, and hands-on learning.
In this interactive session, participants will explore how to integrate loose parts into art experiences that foster creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration. Through guided demonstrations, hands-on activities, and group discussions, attendees will learn how to curate a variety of materials to encourage open-ended exploration, artistic expression, and sensory play.
