Join this month's Be Well session, where we explore and reflect on all areas of self-care and personal wellness, from the emotional, to the psychological, to the social, physical, and professional too. Be Well is designed specifically for YOU! We recognize the importance of educator wellness and hope to bring a little joy to your day through fun, engaging, and reflective activities.
For this Be Well, we will be participating in a one-hour long cardio dance class that blends choreography with fitness type movements such as squats, punches, etc. We will move to a great variety of music including pop, hip-hop, electronic, R&B, salsa, and more. EvolveFit Dance classes are designed to make fitness fun, providing an uplifting environment where you have the space to move your body in a way that feels best for you. Join us to stay active, have a great time!
Please note that there will be a waiver to sign upon arrival.

Shannon Davidson is a proud wife, mom and dog mum. She began her dance journey in 2017 when she joined a Zumba class and quickly fell in love with the activity and the results it gave her. She began co-teaching dance fitness with her instructor in 2019 (and still does to this day!). She decided to expand her journey in 2022 when she started her own small business and EvolveFit Dance was born!
