TREASURE BASKETS FOR INFANTS

This session allows infant educators to learn about the concept of treasure baskets and the importance of play-based learning & loose parts to infants. We will dive into common misconceptions, what types of learning they promote, and how to create one!

Jenn Fenn (she/her) has been working as an RECE for 21 years for the YMCA of Southwestern Ontario. She has worked in every age group but absolutely loves infants the most! Jenn currently works for the Family Centre Carling-Thames as an EarlyOn facilitator. She has a passion for building relationships with families and children in her programs. Jenn is a passionate advocate for EarlyON and Family Centre teams and the unique roles involved. She is eager to bring the EarlyON teams together for a chance at open conversations and a safe space. In her spare time Jenn likes to travel, read and walk.
