Facilitated By: Rosita Hall, Professional Speaker and Coach
Early years professionals have always risen to the occasion in the face of changes, challenges, and unpredictability - however, the past 2.5 years delivered a powerful sucker punch that has left many of us still wobbling emotionally, physically and spiritually, and anxious about what the future might hold. But what if we tapped into our WOW factor in order to move forwards with confidence, build healthier relationships, communicate better, and create a work environment and culture that prioritizes belonging, connection and community? The WOW factor is based on the notion that everyone has the capacity to leave their leadership imprint on some aspect of their work each day. In this age of complexity, changes and challenges, an organization’s advantage will be its ability to grow and develop leaders from within. So how do we make it happen?
Learning Objectives:
Participants will learn how to recognize their WOW factor, and why it’s a necessity as their organization charters through the rough and unknown post pandemic waters.
Participants will learn the link between effective learning and self development, self care, and resiliency
Participants will learn how the power of self-mastery, monitoring their inner compass, and walking in their authentic truth can contribute to team cohesiveness and success
Participants will learn practical steps to assist them in navigating through difficult, challenging, and often uncomfortable conversations
Participants will understand why asking for help is one of the greatest gifts we can offer ourselves and others
