Join us for an evening of fun, connection & creativity! Participants will enjoy a guided art session for a personal rendition of “Mountains and Molehills”. The Mountains and Mole hills will prompt reflections on early learning professionals’ growth and resilience. By the end, participants will have created a visual reminder of their journey and joyful moments acquired along the way! Early learning professionals are encouraged to sign up in pairs or small groups for an enjoyed shared experience, however all are welcome!

Cara Caudle is a dedicated professional in Early Childhood Education, currently serving as the Director of Childhood Connect, where she oversees nature-based programs and professional development for early learning professionals. In addition, Cara teaches with First Nation Technical Institute’s Early Childhood Education program. With over 10 years of experience in early years programming and leadership across Ontario, Cara brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in early years curriculum and adult education. Cara holds an undergraduate degree in Child Studies and a Master's in Education, valuing holistic education that fosters a sense of balance between wellbeing, growth, and connection across the lifespan.
Joining Cara is Ally Brickenden, who has been working with children for 15 years and a RECE for the past 8 years. She has a life-long love of art and believes that the experience is more important than the outcome!
