Facilitated By: Kayla Paquette, Strive Community Animator
Join us for a collaborative session on defining mentorship. We will explore reflective practices, focusing on goal setting and action planning. Participants will delve into various aspects of mentorship, examining what mentorship entails and the qualities of both mentors and mentees. This interactive session encourages participants to reflect on the meaning of mentorship, share experiences, exchange ideas and resources, offer mutual support, and engage in thoughtful dialogue.
