The Community Animators are working towards capturing and synthesizing the voices of our community in relation to mentorship. They are engaging early years professionals in various roles to understand what strategies and successes related to mentorship already exist, and what support may be needed as our community moves forward. From these collaborative conversations, a proposal for consideration in the future planning for mentorship in the local early years sector will be developed.
Join this focus group where we will explore the possibilities of mentorship for our local early years sector. We will reflect on existing successes and challenges faced in our community, explore areas of support, and seek feedback about potential pathways for consideration. This is an opportunity to provide feedback about systems that may or may not exist within our local community.
This focus group is for early years professionals within Middlesex County who hold leadership positions (e.g., supervisory, management, administrative) and will be facilitated in a hybrid environment.
