COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE: TODDLER EDUCATORS

Join in on an enriching Community of Practice (CoP) tailored specifically for early years professionals dedicated to the unique and rewarding work with toddlers.

This CoP aims to provide a collaborative space where educators can share insights, explore innovative practices, and develop strategies to enhance their professional practice.

Whether you are a seasoned educator or new to the field, this CoP provides a valuable opportunity to connect with fellow educators, share experiences, and gain fresh perspectives.

The success of a Community of Practice relies on shared reflection and the open exchange of ideas, experiences, and knowledge between members. Please come prepared to engage in meaningful conversation.


Victoria Allen (she/her) is a Registered Early Childhood Educator. She graduated from Fanshawe College's Early Childhood Education program in 2019. Victoria has experience working with primarily Toddlers as well as Infants and Preschoolers in a child care setting and is currently working as a Pedagogical Mentor. She finds joy in everyday moments with children, writing documentation and working within a dynamic group of educators!
