This month, we will take part in a hands-on experience at Growing Chefs, focusing on preparing meal options for children in childcare.

Claire Bilik (she/her) is a Registered Dietitian with the Middlesex-London Health Unit on the Municipal Community Health Promotion Team. She works with child care centres and school boards to create supportive food environments and is passionate about fostering positive relationships with food. Claire obtained her Bachelor of Applied Human Nutrition at the University of Guelph and completed her dietetic internship with London Health Sciences Centre.
