BE WELL: PAINT NIGHT (ELGIN)

  • St. Thomas Public Library 154 Curtis Street St. Thomas, ON, N5P 3W9 Canada (map)

Facilitated By: The Strive Team

Join this month's Be Well (Elgin) session, where we explore and reflect on all areas of self-care and personal wellness, from the emotional to the psychological, to the social, physical, and professional too. Be Well is designed specifically for YOU! We recognize the importance of educator wellness and hope to bring a little joy to your day through fun, engaging and reflective activities.

This month, join us for a paint night! Whether you’re an experienced artist or picking up a paintbrush for the first time, this event is for you! Paint whatever your heart desires on the canvas, or opt to follow a video tutorial, the choice is yours! All painting supplies will be provided and light refreshments will be available. Did you know that painting is proven to reduce stress levels? We hope to see you there!

The Strive Team is a collaborative group of early years professionals dedicated to supporting learning and growth to elevate effective practice.

Though we each have unique roles within the team, everyone at Strive works collaboratively to deliver thoughtful, intentional professional learning and services to London, Middlesex, Elgin, and Oxford county.
