Raluca Wood (she/her), MPEd, HBECL, RECE, is a wife, a daughter, a sister, a step-parent and a cat mom. She is a reflective practitioner, a life-long learner and an oldest sibling, therefore her family manager. She loves food and will try anything (she seriously means it). Raluca values organization, critical thinking and cat naps. She enjoys making others laugh; humour is the way she connects with others. Raluca is dedicated to continuing the inner work of accountability and self-awareness. They are tools she has gained along her journey and learning about herself has been so eye-opening and transformative. Raluca has been in the ECEC sector now for a decade and this new position is such a special way to mark this anniversary. Raluca joins the Strive Team as the Interim Professional Learning Lead.
