Olivia Musico (she/her), BAH, RECE, is a Professional Learning Assistant at Strive and a graduate of Fanshawe College’s Early Childhood Leadership Degree Program. She is currently working towards her Teaching Degree at Western University. In this episode, Olivia dives into the research conducted for her Early Childhood Leadership Degree Capstone Project. Olivia and her research team focused on trauma-informed practice (TIP).

Amy Petrarca (she/her), BAH, RECE, is also a Professional Learning Assistant at Strive and a graduate of Fanshawe College’s Early Childhood Leadership Degree Program. In this episode, Amy shares the research her and her research team conducted for her Early Childhood Leadership Degree Capstone Project. The topic they selected was children’s mental health and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
