Hi all,
The Ontario Dietitians in Public Health (ODPH) website has a number of resources that I think you would find helpful.
I have shown and summarized some of these at our network meetings.
https://www.odph.ca/child-care-resources
The resources include:
– Menu Planning and Supportive Environments in Child Care Settings – Practical Guide – This is where you will find the Food and Beverage Choice Tables (Serve Most Often, Serve Sometimes, Do not Serve) Section 3 pages 10-18
– Menu and Nutrition Environment Self-Assessment Tool for Child Care Settings
– Paint Your Plate with Vegetables and Fruit – A Toolkit for Ontario Child Care Providers
– Four online learning modules (3 posted in April 2019)
