From London Public Library: GREAT NEWS! Starting June 8, Pick Up Service🛍 will be available outside select London Public Library locations!
(All Library buildings will remain closed to the public.)

How Pick Up Service Works:
• Place holds for items online or by phone.
• Wait for the email or phone call letting you know that your holds are available for pick up.
• Head to your Pick Up location anytime during open hours.
• Line up outside, keeping a safe distance from others.
• Have your Library card ready to show staff.
• Pick up your holds!
• Return items using return chutes.
• All buildings remain closed to the public.
Pick Up Service launches June 8 outside these locations:
Beacock, Byron, East London, Jalna and Masonville
Pick Up Service launches June 15 outside these locations:
Bostwick, Crouch, Landon, Pond Mills, Stoney Creek
Pick Up Service tentatively launches June 22 outside Central Library (Dundas St entrance)
RETURNS: If you have items to return, please wait for an email or phone call to schedule your return. Due to the high volume if items to be returned and the need to quarantine returned items, we are scheduling returns. Returns are not available at Carson, Cherryhill, Glanworth, Lambeth and Sherwood Branches.
If you’ve already returned your items, it may take some time for these to be removed from your account. No late fines will be charged.
*All returns must be placed in our return chutes for safety reasons.*
HOLDS and REQUESTING ITEMS FOR PICK UP: With Pick Up service, you will be able to pick up holds that were placed before the Library closed in March and place new holds for pick up from an available location.
You can now place new holds for future pick up, using the Library’s online catalogue, just as you placed holds previously. If you prefer, you can also place holds with us by phone at 519-661-4600 (Monday-Friday; 9am-5pm)
