“Reflective practice is a continuous process and involves the learner considering critical incidents in his or her life’s experiences. The knowledge base of Reflective Practice has continued to grow and expand, “It holds promise for educator development and school renewal that can have benefits for children’s” (Barr, Sommers, Gheren & Montie 2006, pg. 4).
Come and explore the idea of writing for Reflection. Sheryl will introduce participants to the topic and allow them to determine their own ability to commit to an intentional practice.
