Absenteeism is a term leaders are likely already aware of..

But did you know that presenteeism is another factor that affects our growing teams?

29% of the 1,000 employers surveyed, say they’ve seen an increase in presenteeism in the last 12 months.

Looking to make a change and grow your team or get your team “back on track”? Join RECE, Anisha Angella for this virtual learning opportunity, ideal for child care leaders wanting to support retention and a positive workplace culture.

Through engaging conversation, interactive coaching, and self-reflective questions we will:

  • explore the real causes of absenteeism in our field,
  • define presenteeism and easily identify it within your teams,
  • gain a deeper understanding of some of the underlying issues impacting absenteeism and presenteeism in early childhood settings, and,
  • receive valuable tools and resources to effectively navigate absenteeism and presenteeism within your teams.
