Throughout the duration of this one hour session, participants will explore some of the myths of self-care and learn about their body’s stress response system and resiliency. Participants will be led through a brief mindful exercise and have the opportunity to reflect on all areas of their wellbeing, creating a unique plan for their own self-care.

Rachelle is a Registered Early Childhood Educator with over 17 years experience with children and youth. She is a Certified Professional Coach and trained in Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness. She lives in Niagara, Ontario and works full-time within a licensed child care program as a toddler educator.
