During times of uncertainty, it can be easy to get caught up in questions like ‘what if …?’, ‘how will I …?’, and ‘can I get through this?’. We may turn to outside sources like the news, social media or our loved ones, who are just as unsure for answers. When change is as rapid and constant as it has been, we MUST access the one other constant that we have available to us: our own inner peace.

Together, we will use breathwork, gentle stretches, and intuitive writing practices to express through our fear of the unknown and gain a sense of groundedness and empowerment to take us into the days and weeks ahead.

When we do the work to embody a sense of peace for ourselves, even if it’s for just a moment, the children we care for will gain so much from our example.
