Facilitated By: Michelle Phillips, Public Educator, CMHA Thames Valley Addiction & Mental Health Services
Join this Community of Practice where we explore and reflect on all areas of self-care and personal wellness, from the emotional, to the psychological, to the social, physical, and professional too.
This month, join us to chat all things mental health resiliency with Mental Health Educator, Michelle Phillips. Michelle will share strategies to help us reclaim our power by developing self-awareness and learning skills to manage life’s challenges through Radical Acceptance and Self-Care.
Self-care is a personal journey and one that is ever changing. We want this to be a space where we can continue to grow in health and well-being together, making our self-care a habitual priority and not an after-thought.
Community of Practice: Be Well gathers on the last Thursday of the month.
The success of a Community of Practice relies on shared reflection and the open exchange of ideas, experiences, and knowledge between members. Please come prepared to engage in meaningful conversation.
