CAREER OPPORTUNITY WITH LONDON BRIDGE CHILD CARE SERVICES
London Bridge Child Care Services is committed to building a culture that advances equity, celebrates diversity, and fosters inclusion. We recognize the responsibility that we have in identifying and addressing biases, barriers and systemic inequities that impact the lives of individuals within our organization and the communities we serve. We want to ensure the recruitment experience is accessible. Please email careers@londonbridge.com to inform us on how we can best support your participation.
We are hiring Before and After School Educators to join us as we establish a new community at River Heights Public School located in Dorchester, Ontario in September 2023!
At London Bridge, we nurture curious minds and kind hearts by providing and promoting child care and education. We believe our culture is strengthened by living into our core values: lifelong learning, relationships, the pursuit of excellence, fiscal and corporate accountability, communication, and a sense of well-being. We are committed to learning more about how our day-to-day practices as an educational institution reflect the ideas of anti-bias education, social justice, and our relationship with the earth.
Our School Age Educators see children as competent, capable, and natural explorers of our world. School Age Educators are facilitators of opportunities in everyday experiences and guides in supporting children as they grow to become active contributing community members. Our Before and After School Programs partner with and operate out of the school that they support children from and are an extension to the children’s day of learning.
If you are passionate, creative, and intentional in your work within the community and believe reflection and lifelong learning moves us forward and influences our practices, we look forward to sharing our journey with you as a School Age Educator!
